Our DOLCIA-PRIMA® Allulose features a natural sugar that is 70% as sweet as sugar and has the unique ability to brown in baking applications.

Allulose has the mouthfeel and behavior of real sugar without all of the calories or glycemic impact. Allulose can be used in combination with caloric sweeteners to reduce calories, or can be used to improve the taste of low-calorie products that use non-caloric sweeteners.
